this has been happening to me too this week, the delay especially gets worse after a goal is scored. (in the british isles region)
one workaround i've found is to alt + enter in the middle of the game, run the game windowed for a couple of seconds which seems to fix the delay, then go back to windowed mode. (i usually play on borderless fullscreen, but this seems to be the only way to actually get a semi playable experience in 11v11s.) so meanwhile ea sorts this out, u can try doing that.
so if you play on borderless fullscreen, the 11v11 completely finee?
