Problem with gauntlet 8
Dear EA Support Team,
I was playing EA Sports FC 26 on PS5 and encountering a frustrating bug in Ultimate Team's "Ultimate Gauntlet 8" (Guanto di Sfida Definitivo 8) event.
Issue Description: Every time I complete a match in this gauntlet—whether I win or lose—the servers immediately disconnect. This kicks me out of the game entirely, preventing me from seeing the final results, receiving rewards, or progressing in the event.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Enter the Ultimate Gauntlet 8 event in Ultimate Team.
- Play any match.
- Finish the match (win or lose).
- Immediately disconnected and booted from the game—no results shown.
My internet connection is stable (tested on other games/modes without issues), PS5 is updated, and I've tried restarting the game/console. This only happens in this specific gauntlet mode.
This bug prevented me from completing the event and enjoying the game. Please investigate and deploy a fix as soon as possible.
