I fixed mine by doing these steps-> go in your EA account from a browser ( pc or phone) unlink your playstation account then relaunch fc 26 log back in it will ask u some steps to do in the game once you complete them u can play clubs or any other mode without having this issue

Guys I believe I have found a solution. I logged into EA sports website and unlinked my EA account from my PlayStation account. Loaded into EA FC 26 with my EA account now unliked. I clicked on Clubs game mode where it then asked me to link my account again. I used the QR code provided on the game to re-link my EA account and PlayStation account through my phone. And then once that process was done, it loaded me into clubs. Ive went in and out the game mode, closed my game and opened it again, been able to go into clubs perfectly fine every time ( follow these steps!! Hope it helps:)
