Re: Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible in Arizona, Texas, and Mexico
Dear EA Sports.
I am at the point of a melt down and I need your help in fixing an issue that should be super easy for you to fix if you just try to look into it.
It looks like a pattern over the western USA, but it could be more widespread, where we cannot access Ultimate Team.
EA Sports, you have made more than 15k usd in revenue from me and my family over the last few years. At least give me the courtesy of following up on my issue, which will also help the rest of my fellow gamers, and send me a phone number to call on my email associated to the gamer tag so that we can figure this out. Or at least set up a chat or send me an email acknowledging my existence and my contribution to your company.

Summary of issue: 99% of the time when trying to connect to ultimate team it delays for about 1 minute, never connects to UT and then the error "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at this moment, you will be returned to the main menu. "
In the 1% of times you do connect to ut, I might click on one or two menus, then it delays, and the same error message comes back up again.
Potential Repro steps: start ps5, start fc25 or fc26, wait for it to load. Click on ultimate team. And then it does not work. Simple really.
