Re: Game ownership has been disabled or deleted

I bought EAFC 26 from enebba after I think a week or two after release, today as I tried to enter the game I got this message " Game ownership disabled or deleted ". I did all the steps that were provided in the link below and still got the same message when I tried to open the game. I made a ticked and got no answer and it doesn't even apear on my chat history. Most of my EAFC games are bought thru eneba or G2A, I never had any issues before and as I know it's not against EA policy to redeem codes from 3rd party websites. I have no ideea how to proceed next, any advice is welcomed.
