Re: Input delay after new update on PC
Ever since the 1.0.3 update dropped, the input delay during online matches has become unbearable. The game feels sluggish and completely unresponsive — player switching, passing, and shooting all happen seconds late.
I’ve tried everything possible:
Tested my connection (average ping ~50ms, connection score 91, very low packet loss)
Changed DNS and reset router
Disabled background apps, overlays, and antivirus
Even reinstalled the game
Despite all that, nothing helps. The input delay makes competitive modes, especially Ultimate Team, completely unplayable. I’ve had to forfeit multiple matches simply because my players won’t respond.
It’s incredibly frustrating because the connection is stable on my end, and this issue only started after the 1.0.3 update. Before that, the game ran perfectly fine.
Is anyone else experiencing the same thing after the latest patch? EA, please look into this — the delay has completely ruined the gameplay experience.
