Re: PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

Ultimate Team on PC has been unplayable with Xbox controllers for several days. The issue is acknowledged on the FC 26 Trello board, but I can see less urgent bugs are being prioritized first.

Many of us purchased EA Play Pro for early access, and we cannot use the service as advertised. This puts PC players at a major disadvantage and needs urgent attention.

Can EA confirm:

Why this issue isn’t treated as the highest priority?
When a fix will be released?
How affected EA Play Pro subscribers will be compensated?

Transparency and fairness are needed here.
