Recent Ping Increases - NA West
Ever since the latest update I have had an increase in my ping while playing ultimate team. Before last week my ping was always around 20ms and it has increased to over 60ms.
Im using PlayStation 5 in California, I have seen Reddit posts describing the same issue. Someone suggested that maybe I’m being directed to a different game server than before and that is causing the sudden increase in ping. I am using a wired connection and have download speeds around 800mbps. I’ve troubleshooted everything I can on my end, worked with my ISP and they report that my connection has no issue. I’ve followed every single guide available on the EA help site, spoken with multiple ea advisors that are unable to do anything other than sending me links to useless help guides. The last EA advisor said all I can do now is post on this forum, so here I am.
if anyone in my region has experienced this in the past week or has some magical fix for this, please let me know.

If there were issues on the server side then we would be see them and be seeing a huge increase in contacts around this.
