Robbed in rivals

Had 2 games played with a friend, first game we won 1-0 and our opponent rage quit and I got “under review” and haven’t had the win rewards yet, second game we won 11-3 and he rage quit as well, I then got booted off the game and when I returned I went down a stage in division 8, with these wins I should of been promoted to division 7!!!!

EA sort your game out this is unacceptable for such a high value game, getting robbed of rewards as a free to play gamer is ridiculous!!!!
