Hi everyone, I have a problem with my server region in EA SPORTS FC 26. It changed automatically from Middle East to Eastern Europe without any action from my side. I'm playing on PS4 and the ping is very high now. I already contacted EA Help via email and Twitter but no response yet after 12+ hours. Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can I fix it? I want to report a problem that I have already reported multiple times, but unfortunately I have not received any proper response or solution.
The issue is the high ping I constantly experience, which reaches 54–60 ms because I have been transferred to European servers instead of Middle East servers, which are the closest and most suitable servers for me since I live in Jordan.
This situation is completely unfair. I am forced to play on 56–60 ping, while my opponents in Europe play on 12–16 ping with much smoother gameplay and a clear advantage in matches.
I have been complaining about this issue since the middle of March, and until now there has been no real solution provided — only false dates and promises regarding fixing the Middle East servers.
Please review my case as soon as possible and solve this problem because it is seriously affecting my gameplay experience
Even in eastern europe we have 0 servers and the matchmaking is like 90% germans 9.9% italians and polish all those with dedicated servers and 0.1% other players from eastern europe... Those servers are scripted to give advantage to those countries from western europe...

ISP: STC 5G
Current ping: 120-130ms
Expected ping: 20-40ms
Issue started: [25/arpril]
The game keeps giving me around 120-130ms ping. This strongly suggests that I am being routed to European or Eastern European servers instead of the Middle East servers.
My connection is stable, and I already tried restarting the router, restarting the game, checking connection settings, testing multiple online matches, and testing at different times of the day.
The issue still happens, and the gameplay is heavily delayed.
Please investigate the server routing and matchmaking region for Saudi Arabia and Middle East players, because it seems the game is not connecting us to the correct nearby servers

I think am facing same issue high ping suddenly and no technical team to support in this issue i think all what they will ask to take screen shot and thats it. This problem no solution for it its all about server the middle east server it seems down
Any urgent solution here? Either to have DR Data Center or migrating to another DC in the region to recover the service and have fair computation.

in ultimate team when i search it's always marching me with someone in Europe server although i'm in middle east Saudi Arabia. how to fix it ?? the ping above 100 now and it was 18

I am a player living in Jordan, yet I am consistently connected to European servers in EA Sports FC 26. This results in extremely high ping and severe delay, making the game almost impossible to enjoy or play competitively. I request that you immediately route me to the Middle East servers, as I should be connected to the closest regional server.
