Settings changing in every restart

The game decides to switch on Motion Blur and Strand Based Hair after every 1-2 matches after the half time of any match randomly. I am playing Seasons and I lose just because of this.
Really disappointed  and this is utterly frustrating for a game I pay so much money every year at launch.

SAME WITH RESOLUTION

It seems EA is not doing anything about this problem.

Same on Playstation 5. What is the solution?

Bei mir stellt sich seit Sonntag sogar alles um ohne das spiel neu zu starten sobald ich in UT gehe stellt sich alles auf ultra spiele am pc und man kann es nicht um stellen
