I have the same issue, and now I understand when VSync is ON my game is smooth in 120ish FPS (same as FC25) but when is OFF my game falls to 9 FPS even in menus. What I can’t understand is why my game changes itself VSync to OFF in any moment. If someone knows let me know please.

look bro my game with or without vsinc runs on 10 fps its absolutely UNPLAYABLE.Some random times on the 100th restart the game runs normally but that is once in a year.Help me to fix it it is absolutely unpleyable

Because they released an unfinished product. The game has a constant memory leak. They still can't fix it because they've forgotten how to write code because of their AI. They're sitting in EA Headquater and churning out patches with the help of Claude AI. It's been four months since the game's release.
I just installed EA FC 25 and immediately noticed the difference.
Instead of patch 1.4.0, just install EA FC 25 and you'll be happy.
