Hello,
I’m experiencing a critical performance issue with EA SPORTS FC 26.
Symptoms:
- The game initially runs perfectly at 1080p, low settings, 144 FPS.
- After halftime, when the match resumes, or when starting a new match, the game suddenly becomes highly pixelated and the frame rate drops below 10 FPS, sometimes even right at kickoff.
- Lowering the resolution to 720p does not stabilize the FPS; it stays around 5–10 FPS, even in the menus, until it randomly jumps back to 144 FPS, then the cycle repeats.
System Specs:
- ASUS gaming laptop (F15)
- CPU: Intel i7-11300H
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti
- RAM: 16 GB
- Power: Always plugged in, Windows power mode set to High Performance, ASUS Turbo mode enabled (Alt + F5)
- GPU and CPU Drivers: Latest versions installed
Game Settings:
- 1080p, low quality for maximum performance
Steps Already Tried:
- Updated/reinstalled GPU drivers
- Lowered all graphics settings
- Changed resolution
- Reinstalled the game
- No improvement
On FC 25, this same laptop ran the game smoothly at 1080p/144 FPS with identical settings.
Could you confirm whether this issue is known and if an official fix or patch is planned? At the moment the game is essentially unplayable.
Thank you.

Not for now, EA can't fix that , just play on 720
