Severe FPS drops in all match modes

Hi everyone. I have a serious FPS issue in FC 26 and EA Help told me to post it here. I have tried every solution they suggested but nothing worked. The game starts with 140-200 FPS in the menus, but when I enter Ultimate Team the FPS suddenly drops to 7-30. The same thing happens in Kick Off matches and the FPS goes down to 7, making every match mode unplayable. GPU usage drops even though temperatures are normal. This problem happens only in FC 26 and all my other games run fine. A temporary workaround is switching to 4:3 resolution which restores the FPS, but when I switch back to 16:9 the issue returns after a short time. Borderless mode forces 2K resolution and gives under 7 FPS. I have already updated GPU drivers, updated Windows, cleared EA App cache, repaired and reinstalled the game, disabled overlays, tried different display modes and graphics settings, nothing helps. My system: Acer Nitro 5 AN515-46, RTX 3050 Ti laptop GPU, Ryzen 7 6800H, 16 GB DDR5, NVMe SSD, Windows 11, 1080p 144Hz. I also have a video of the FPS drop and can provide DxDiag. I bought the game early to play FUT but I cannot play any match mode at all. I need this issue investigated. Thanks.
