Severe Heavy Gameplay on PC (Online and Offline)

I am experiencing severe heavy gameplay in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC. The issue happens both online and offline, so it does not appear to be related to my internet connection.

The gameplay feels very slow and unresponsive. My players react late, turn slowly, accelerate slowly, and overall the game feels heavy, even though my FPS is stable.

Here is what I have already tried:

Performed a clean installation of Windows.

Reinstalled EA SPORTS FC 26.

Performed a clean graphics driver installation using DDU.

Installed the latest NVIDIA graphics driver.

Updated Windows completely.

Updated motherboard drivers and BIOS.

Set all graphics settings to Low.

Tried different display settings (Fullscreen, Borderless, V-Sync on/off, different frame rate caps).

Checked temperatures and hardware usage.

Tested different NVIDIA Control Panel settings.

The issue still happens in both Online and Offline modes.

My PC is powerful enough to run the game without performance problems, so I do not believe this is caused by insufficient hardware.

Could you please investigate whether this is a known issue or if there is anything else I can provide to help identify the cause? If you need logs, diagnostic files, or performance reports, I will gladly send them.
