Silver Supertars League disconnecting and loosing rewards

Question

My brother and I playing the new silver league coop. Playing with a random, fun team and only going for the 18 games played for the England CS, RR or Hero pack.

However we have lost out on these rewards due to game completely crashing (on both consoles) after 90 minutes and winning, and the other game one of us disconnected (not from party nor ea) before kick-off. Now we basically wasted alot of time. We left our first match after being down 4-0 after 20 mins since we hadnt seen the objectives. The crash and disconnect was on different days aswell.

Now we missed out on the best reward...

We‘ve had the exact same. My teammate lost connection but was not logged out of Ultimate, EA and PSN. The other game he was with the opponents team (?) before the game crashed and the third game we were winning and just before the final whistle we were both kicked out.

first two games only counted as a loss for him. For me they counted as games in the objectives but not for the entries.

Third game counted as a loss for both of us.
