Still haven't gotten Premium Season Pass from Ultimate Edition

I purchased the EAFC 26 Ultimate Edition which includes the Premium Season Pass, but as of today (two days after release), I still haven’t received access to it. I’ve already tried the suggested tro...

Okay so it is now day 3...
Still no answer, still no premium season pass.
I paid for this, when is this getting solved or at the very least acknowledged as a problem by the EAFC Direct Communication?
