Still haven't gotten Premium Season Pass from Ultimate Edition

I purchased the EAFC 26 Ultimate Edition which includes the Premium Season Pass, but as of today (two days after release), I still haven’t received access to it.

I’ve already tried the suggested troubleshooting steps:

Resetting the game several times while connected to the internet
Completing all of the Foundation Objectives
Playing additional matches to see if it would trigger

Unfortunately, the Premium Season Pass still hasn’t unlocked for my account.

Could an EA Community Manager or Support Admin please look into this? I just want to confirm whether this is a known issue or if something might be wrong with my account specifically.

    EA_Pulsar​ the card on the Trello Board has been put in the released state for this issue, as you can see this is not solved, can we get some sort of comment for those who still haven't had the issue fixed

    I'm in the same boat. I am yet to receive the premium season pass. I got the icon pick and the FP, but no premium season pass yet...
