I purchased the EAFC 26 Ultimate Edition which includes the Premium Season Pass, but as of today (two days after release), I still haven’t received access to it.I’ve already tried the suggested troubleshooting steps:Resetting the game several times while connected to the internetCompleting all of the Foundation ObjectivesPlaying additional matches to see if it would triggerUnfortunately, the Premium Season Pass still hasn’t unlocked for my account.Could an EA Community Manager or Support Admin please look into this? I just want to confirm whether this is a known issue or if something might be wrong with my account specifically.Thank you for your time and support.

After almost a week and the first patch... still no premium season passI would like just someone from EA to acknowledge this problem, it doesn't matter if it is solved in a month, I just want to know if its a problem you will solve

Likely no one from EA will read this forum post but can the people like me who still haven't received the season pass from the Ultimate Edition please have an update. The workaround which was posted on the Trello Board doesn't work and that issue has been on the Trello Board since September 20th. That is almost 2 weeks with no resolution or update. This for customers who paid for the more expensive Ultimate Edition. If you are working on it please provide some timframe, instead of the vague, just wait that I have been getting from support, due to the fact they haven't been provided any information either. It is a poor way to treat paying customers and with this experience i am less likely to want to pay for any other EA games especially preorders when they can't even be delivered.

Okay so it is now day 3...Still no answer, still no premium season pass.I paid for this, when is this getting solved or at the very least acknowledged as a problem by the EAFC Direct Communication?
