Still missing fc points hours after purchase

I purchased 28,000 FC points directly in the game, the money was deducted from my account, but they do not appear in the game.

Hi EA, I bought fc points directly through the Game.. the money HAS come out of my bank. NO fifa points have been added?!?!?! I feel scammed. Please help.

I then paid £0.99 for 100fc points more to see if it would work.. they downloaded but when I spent £45 they haven’t. Scammers

bought 2800 fc points and dont have it i have cotacted Steam support and they say they have recive evertyhing so just give me it and the money from steam account is gone

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the points to show up in your account. If you still don't have them by then, this article shows exactly what our live support team are going to need to help you get your FC points. 

This issue is not yet solved! We are still looking into players on PlayStation not receiving their FC Points.

• What platform do you play on? (Either PS4 or PS5)
• Where did you buy your FC points?
• What is your PSN ID?
• When did you buy your points? (An exact timestamp and time zone would be ideal.)
