Technical issues concerning web app and companion

Alright so I downloaded the game last Friday and played the whole weekend using my free trial thanks to ea play. I finished the 10 hours trial today, the game led me to the starting menu and I can’t play ultimate team anymore. Just to be clear the menu is a light version of the game, with only four teams, and a few modes such as the arena or rush using the four clubs available. My trial being ended, I then wanted to go on and manage my club on the web app, as I was doing before the game was released, last Wednesday. However, my web app and companion are blocked, I can log in but all store transfer sbc and evolutions are locked with a padlock icon on it, saying that the feature is disabled. I have the impression that my account is locked down, as if I was banned, yet I have never been banned ever.

I will buy the game next week, the standard version, but I wanted to play on the web app, waiting for the release.
