Technical Lag Issue: My Max Rank 5 (119 OVR) Leroy Sané locked in Badge

Hello EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding a serious technical lag issue that occurred in my account two months ago, which is currently causing me massive financial damage and blocking my squad progression.

Two months ago, I purchased a Leroy Sané (119 OVR) card from the market for 500 million coins as a tradable asset. On the exact same day of purchase, while checking the Champions Team Badge section, my game suffered a severe screen freeze and input lag. Due to this lag, the system registered an automatic click and slotted my tradable Sané card into the badge layout without showing any warning popups at the time, instantly turning him into an untradable item.

Since it was a technical bug and I already spent my coins, I decided to ignore the glitch back then, keep the player, and heavily invest in him. I upgraded him to Max Rank 5 of 5 and fully trained him to Level 30.

However, today (two months later), I urgently need to sell him to recover his high market value and use the coins to buy a newer, more expensive, and upgraded player to refresh my team. I am completely blocked from doing so due to that old system lag which was not my fault.

As a loyal player who invested half a billion coins and massive rank tokens into a tradable asset that got locked by a UI glitch, I kindly request your technical team to review my transaction history from two months ago, pull Leroy Sané out of the badge, and restore his status back to Tradable.
