The game on pc is broken.

I bought the game a month ago on my gaming laptop, the specs are good meaning the game should run smoothly on it and also since i had almost no issues playing FC 24 and 25. I also played the trial which in the first few hours the game was running smoothly. Sometimes the game lagged in the menu but i thought it was my laptop so i restarted it and it played fine. Then i bought the game and the issues started... Lagging in the menus, lagging in UT , lagging in the second half of the match , lagging at the start of the game. I started searching for a solution and tried everything, but in the end no result. I also send an email to ea about 10 days ago with no response i asked for at least a refund but no reply, even though yesterdays update was supposed to fix the game it still lags for me with every option on low, and to be honest it did actually run well yesterday but the cutscene issue still exists when i open packs theres lag can someone please help me.
