Thankyou, I can see this. I’ve tried submitting it 2 times and I know it’s not going to your drop box because of the errors and how your systems are auto not letting it. I don’t know how to physically let a ban appeal come through to you guys. I’ve no penalties on my account that are visible because it’s all by your robotic systems. I need it sorting before I just stop playing the games all together.
Unfortunately, you'll have to wait. These appeal may take more than 10 days. Mine have been in the queue for 5 days. There's nothing you can really do but to wait.
