Someone posted the same issue on here and said they wanted a refund and sure enough there was a quick reply from community manager ea_darko on how to get a refund but no acknowledgement of the issue or help in trying to fix it.

I just sent a message directly to EA_Vendcera so I'll see if there's a response. Other community managers are EA_Pulsar and EA_Aljo if anyone wants to try messaging them directly aswell.
