unable to connect to ultimate team (oce)

ive noticed alot of people have had this problem including myself where recently im playing on pc on the ea app and i cant access ultimate team as it would either not let me or i would get in and as soon as i get into a online game such as div rivals i would be disconnected IMMEDIATELY  when teams were getting shown. the Game is unplayble.....   fix it please pc is so bad rn i spent 135 aud on a broken game
