Unable to recover Mbappé and Pogba – Quick Sell Recovery bug (Oct 26)

Hello everyone,
I’m posting here after several contacts with EA Support, as I was advised to share my case on the forum.

On October 26th, 2025, around 00:50 (PS5), I manually discarded Kylian Mbappé and Paul Pogba (both untradeable) using Quick Sell Now. They were not submitted into any SBC.

EA Support confirmed they can see both discards in my club logs, but the Quick Sell Recovery section doesn’t display these two players. I can see other items discarded on October 26th, but Mbappé and Pogba are missing.

I’ve attached screenshots showing the bug and proof that Mbappé was in my active squad before the discard.

I’m a long-time EA customer and passionate player, and this issue is very frustrating — especially since a card like Mbappé has great value and is rare to obtain.

I kindly ask for a manual review or restoration of the two players, or equivalent compensation, since I cannot recover them myself due to this bug.
