Unfair FUT Match Disconnect – Please Review Attached GIF

Hello EA Support,

I would like to file a complaint regarding a technical issue I experienced during a match in FUT – FC26. I was winning the match, and near the end I suddenly got kicked from the game for no reason, even though I was clearly ahead.

Since the system does not allow uploading full video files, I converted the original recording into a GIF so that I can attach it with this report. The GIF clearly shows the issue moment by moment.

This situation negatively affects the gameplay experience and causes frustration for FC26 players, especially when a player loses a match they were winning due to a technical bug.

I kindly request that you review the GIF and compensate me for the loss—whether with points, rewards, or any compensation you find appropriate.
