My Steam account was stolen by a hijacker, who bound this Steam to his own EA account which is now banned. I have the full Steam purchase receipt for EA SPORTS FC 26 as ownership proof. Please help unlink my Steam from that banned EA account and rebind it to my current valid EA account.

Unfortunately, we can’t unlink accounts or review private account ownership information from the forums. Please secure your Steam account first, then contact EA Support so they can review the account-linking history and available recovery options:

Keep your Steam purchase receipt available, but please don’t post it or any other private account details publicly. Also, please avoid making further linking changes, as game progress and content may remain tied to the EA Account where they were earned.
