Why is Bosnia and Herzegovina not in EA Sports FC 26?

I don't really know why they're not in FC26, but they will be because of the World Cup 

Remember in the FC24 Euros update they added Albania? Well because of the World Cup update coming to FC26, it's safe to assume that they'll add Bosnia for the mode
