Just happened to me against Ubedex83. The opponent stopped playing and the game ended due to their inactivity when i was winning 3-0. They are on my 'Recently Met' but the result never counted. Why even play if this happens.
Its happened now again, the opponent left after i leaded the game by 4 goals , and the game just didnt count in my resume

This has been happening since last year. they've addressed other issues except this one. I've lost faith in them that they'll resolve this. very disappointing.
When playing seasons and leading 8-4, the opponent quits and the match becomes not counted like we have never played... I have multiple screen recording for the same. If you can share the email id. I can forward the same
Not an error. Just states “You lost connection to your opponent. We’ll check the match report to see who won and who lost.” Which I don’t think happens because the matches don’t record on your seasons record.
This happens when people disconnect their WiFi connection after getting destroyed in a game so they rage quit knowing that their loss won’t count & it completely logs out the console. Thus giving the none existent game basically. This still happens Going on Mid March 2026. I would’ve thought EA would’ve solved this problem.
This has happened around 20 times in a span of 2 months of playing the game. Coming off of a D1 win in 25’ im stuck in D6 on 26’ due to this Bug in the game. Please fix this issue :(
I'm getting sick of this happening to me.
There is a very simple fix, either fix the issue and listen to the abundance of feedback or introduce a 'report player/cheater' option. Why do we only have the option to report an offensive name!?
I'm a 30 year fifa veteran who has been playing since 1998. I have recorded numerous videos of this opponents quitting and the win not registering, please do something about this.
Please can you fix this seasons glitch it’s the worst and soo annoying, happened to me 4 times in one session today, where the opponent quits and the game doesn’t count.
There is no error message. Everything looks normal until you f’n realize that you didn’t get the 3 points after someone rage quits being down 3-0.

EA-Darko has gone dark. Don't expect any replies or fixes from this muppet of a company.
I will not be buying FC27 and everyone who is psissed of with the continuous cheaters should also vote with their feet.

There is no error message. In the past 10 years I’ve played, when someone rage quits, you get the win when you’re up. It literally says “determining the outcome of the match” and then nothing. It’s outrageous. I’ve won 6 games in a row and they’ve quit every time, but 0 points, so I’m not ranking up.
