World tour silver superstars league missing games

I’ve recently been playing the silversuper stars league I’ve won 6 and lost 9 and when I’ve played 2 people they have scored and backed out and it’s not give me the loss or win for the game n now it’s saying I’ve got no games left and I need 1 more game to get the icon pack from the rewards this needs sorting
