Wrongfully market banned and coin wiped

Last week I was market banned and coin wiped for suspicious activity despite not even buying coins only fc points and I’m not getting a response from support this is ruining my experience greatly and I’d like to get this rectified please.
I also got a message saying account at risk despite already being market banned for a few days at that point which makes no sense

    II0OrAnGe0II​ Hello, I had a similar issue, my account was compromised and used. So I got banned, but what is similar is I got a second ban notice and the same message you posted above, but I haven't even play the game since the initial transfer market ban. I am really confused. Have you submitted an appeal with EA help?
