Xp bug fc 26

Hello every body, I play on PS4

i have a problem with my xp in the my objectifs.

. I needed 800 XP to reach level 20.
I got 900 XP, so it was enough for level 20, but I see that I’ve gone back to level one, with the previously claimed rewards already received.
anyone know why ? If it will change ?
