You have more than one storage device with a fc 26 profile

I’ve been able to to play a bit of FC 26 so far but all of a sudden I open the game to “you have more than one storage device with a FC 26 profile. Please select a storage device to load from” I press A just then reloads the message. I only have FC 26 on my internal storage that’s all had this issue all day. 

Playstation 5, "you have more than one storage device with FC26 profile. Please select a storage device to load from" can't go any further completely locked of the game. Waste of money buying ultimate edition for early access if I'm locked out?! 

I have tried fixes suggested for last year with no luck, deleting data, reinstalling. how can you not have patched this last year?

Resolved by deleting saved data from everywhere so will have to start new

I’m having the same issue, i’m completely locked out of the game.

Added to this, I have a serious bug on career mode where players keep submitting transfer requests for absolutely no reason at all. It happened four times before I got to the January window in my first save.
