Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my experience in EA Sports FC Ultimate Team. I purchased the Pre-Order Edition of the game with the expectation of receiving better value and rewards compared to the standard edition.

Unfortunately, despite opening a large number of packs throughout the full cycle of the game, I have not packed a single player worth even 500,000 coins. This has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the time, effort, and money invested in the game.

I understand that pack luck is based on probability, but as a loyal player who supported the game early by purchasing the pre-order edition, I expected a more rewarding experience. The current situation makes the game feel unfair and discouraging.

I kindly ask you to review my account and consider whether any compensation, clarification, or improvement can be provided. I truly enjoy the game and want to continue supporting EA Sports, but experiences like this make it very difficult.
