Input-delay at end of every half (online, PC)

Since yesterday evening i have experienced a lot of delay at the end of the first half and second half. The thing that bothers me is in that same morning I played the game at the exact same place, same pc, same wifi, and it didn't have the input delay. It is really frustrating to have because you simply cannot win a game when you have this much of a disadvantage. I really want it fixed because this makes the game unplayable. It is also very strange that it begins with a lag spike and then it switches to delay. What also is strange is that it happens at the exact same minutes in game so I know when it is going to happen, but I just can't do anything about it.

I ask to EA to fix it as fast as possible because it basically ruins the whole gaming experience.
