I haven’t received my pre order rewards.

I bought the preorder of ultimate edition on steam, linked it to my ea account where I also have ea play, and now that the game is out in preorder I haven’t received any off my rewards. No pass no fc points I’ve already tried fixing the game files and restarting everything logging out but nothing is working, can someone help ?
