Problem with moving in a game

Dear Ea sports,

I have a problem. Serious problem. Generally i can’t move in a game. The situation looks like that i can move about 30 seconds maybe 1 min and later my player just stops like he was death.

So please dear ea sports conside this request immediately and thanks for possible assistance
