estou com o mesmo problema desde segunda feira, ja falei com vários atendentes do suporte e não existe uma solução por enquanto, resta apenas esperar que aconteça com alguem importante pra eles resolverem dar atenção!

Same here on pc, sometimes I can play 1 game sometimes it kicks out of ultimate team when loading/sbc/store and in club searching players. I am not able to play the game...

It’s funny how they can keep releasing content but can fix a server issue to let people play the game it’s a joke when you contact them all you get is they can’t do anything about it they are working on it

I have the exact same problem, was playing the Benzema objectives, get out of a game and since that moment cant enter the UT, showe the exact same mensage.

Yes I am having the exact same problem, have even got through to live chat with two different people, followed all the different instructions and even re downloaded the game. Still nothing

I have the exact problem. Not mentioning 20 fps when booting up the game and input delay. Hope they fix it before the objectives expire

vim compartilhar algo que funcionou, estava de jogar as 4 dias como mencionei antes, restaure as licenças do jogo e acesse o web app crie um ele sem jogadores e delete todos os demais ! e volte a tentar jogar se der certo , compartilhe com mais forums pra ajudar quem ta precisando !!!

Same issue here on xbox series x. Every Gauntlet3 game ended up in "Unable to process your request", and then at one game, there was a connection loss. Now I'm not able to login to Ultimate team with my user. I've also tried everything from reinstalling the game, tried different DNS server, restarted router, and tried using xbox one x, and nothing works (not able to login to ultimate team). We have excellent optical internet connection, so that is not an issue. Only way to play ultimate team is to use different user profile, but I've used so much effort and also have season pass, so would not want to start all over again. Please fix this!
