a highly unfair issue

I am writing to report a highly unfair issue I encountered during the EA SPORTS FC™ Ultimate Team Challengers.

In my third Challengers match, which I won 4-3 in a penalty shoot-out, an error message appeared on my screen immediately after the final penalty. The application then closed automatically. Upon restarting Ultimate Team, I discovered that the system had sanctioned me for abandoning the match and registered it as a loss.

As a result of this error, I was not only unjustly assigned a loss in a competitive Challengers match, but my time was also wasted. Furthermore, I am now concerned that this issue may recur in a subsequent match, which is deeply troubling.

I request that you review this matter and take the appropriate corrective actions.
