Accused of cheating

I play all the time and all of the sudden have been accused of cheating. I only use the app and Xbox and have no idea what I did but I gen I appeal it gives me a generic response, how do I get help? I’m so frustrated has this happened to anyone else, it won’t allow me to use the transfer market and I’ve saved 3mil coins 🤯

    Hi jaketboss79​ ,

    I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, especially after saving up so many Coins and suddenly losing access to the Transfer Market.

    If you believe the action was applied by mistake, please check your Penalty History and submit an appeal for the violation shown there.

    Appeals are reviewed by the ToS team, who will re-evaluate the original enforcement action together with any additional information you include. The response itself may use standardized wording, but the appeal is still reviewed individually.

    Since you mentioned that you mainly play on Xbox and use the app, it may also help to include any relevant context about how you normally use the Transfer Market and anything unusual you noticed around the time the restriction appeared.

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to review the account activity or overturn a Transfer Market sanction through the forums.

    I know this is frustrating when you feel you haven’t done anything wrong, and I hope the appeal process can give you a clearer answer.

    Same here. 6 or 7 appeals. Same copy and paste reply. No detail. Being labelled a cheat and by extension, a liar, when they say the ban was applied correctly. It wasn’t…

    I'm so jealous as you are only banned from the transfer market and you can still do all the sbcs and get the 99 players today.

    I was accused for "balance transfer" to start with then after 7-8th appeals, they are now accusing me for "cheating". The difference is I was banned from the game so I can't access to UT at all. 

    All the appeals were denied with identical email template. Not sure about you but I am so dxmn innocent yet I am still being banned for those false accusations.
