Bug loose card

I’m sending you this message because during the cornerstone tournament I packed the player Mapi León as an untradeable item! I already had her in my team as a tradable version. While trying to swap the two and put the tradable one on the transfer list, I lost both cards, which forced me to buy another one for my team! So I lost 19k coins.

Could you please look into my issue?
