Hi everyone, Thanks for continuing to share your updates. If you are still unable to access Ultimate Team, please try the steps mentioned above and create a brand new squad in the Companion App or Web App, then log back into Ultimate Team and check again.
Also, for anyone reporting a ban or sanction on their account, please follow the guidance in this article on our website for more information: Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
The Ultimate Team access issue and any account ban/sanction may be separate issues, so it is important to review both individually.Please let us know whether creating a new squad helps.

Hey there. Sorry to hear about your frustration with this. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT again. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!.
I try it now and i able to access UT after 3 days, but still Transfer market ban.

I noticed that my previous comment was removed and I would like to understand why All we are asking for is a clear explanation and some help regarding our accounts.
Many of us are dealing with transfer market bans and Cant access issues to Ultimate Team and we are not getting proper answers. It is very frustrating to feel ignored when we have invested time and money into the game.
We are not asking for anything unreasonable we just want transparency and a fair review of our cases if mistakes have been made.
Please communicate with us and help us understand what is happening because right now it feels like players are being left without support.

Still Cannot Access Ultimate Team Need Help EA Community Please Respond
@ EA_CommunityManager EA_Darko EA_Vendcera EA_Pulsar EA_AljoEA_Aljo. i still cannot access Ultimate Team for 3 days now and i think its not only me here & it is very frustrating I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but the issue is still there
After already dealing with a false transfer market ban this makes everything worse I cannot play Weekend Champs or finish my Gauntlet objectives which I have been working towards and today is the last day of Gauntlet.
I have spent many hours and money on this game to my Build my team and I only have one account, I am not like other content creators with multiple accounts and I do not want to start over! because AI mistake's or someone from EA
Please can someone from EA or you guys @EA CommunityManager, explain what is happening first the transfer market ban and now not access Ultimate Team for 3 days and still on goin and I know 100% I am not the only one with this issue, so please look into it and provide help.

I have the same. It's been the same for 3 days. The official said that they received the same complaint on a universal scale many times.
