Brother, Div 7 or lower refers to Divisions 7-10. The higher divisions are the ones with the lower numbers. It might be confusing to you in that regard, but basically, Challengers is the noob equivalent to Champions. Since you're in Division 4, you do not qualify for Challengers just like Divisions 7-10 do not qualify for Champions!
