connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment

For three days, I have been seeing the same load up screen saying that: “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to main menu.”, I have tried searching for a solution but they’re simply none. I’ve tried to log into the Web app/Companion but it won’t let me login there as it says I am already logged in on the PlayStation but on the PlayStation I cannot even access ultimate team. I’ve tried to raise a ticket on the forums and EA. But there is no response and there is no direct way to contact EA. They have made it very difficult.

I’ve also messaged EA on X both on post and privately and there still seems to be no response. Is there anyone who has had the same issue that can help?

    EA_QueenBee​ I have already tried deleting the game and re downloading it, it didn't solve anything and as for the troubleshooting steps I cleared the cache as mentioned and it also didn't do anything can you please look into my account :NOlLIMITM11 (PSN). Can you also please create a case of this on my account as i have been trying for the past 3 days to create one and it doesn't register or come on my cases section. i have also tried reaching out on X and have got no response.
