EA Pre Season rewards missing

Its been 3 days ...

I completed all the eafc 25 pre season objectives, and from the 6 packs, evo, celebration, hero and icon loan, I received nothing.

I spoke in the live chat many times, they confirm the objectives were complete, tell me to go to my store and that my rewards will be there waiting. I go there, nothing.

Speak with them again, they say they will look into it, and that i should wait.

Always the same talk, 0 solutions.

how hard is it for someone to access my account and place my rewards ?
