Evolution card suddenly disappeared from the club

same happened to me and i lost van de ven. i am not asking to get him back but there is a glitch preventing me from starting new evo chain for him

it gives me error saying (you already have evolved version of him) but i dont

i contacted support advisors many times and all of them told me they cant do anything and told me to post on forums

me and others posted many times but none of the moderators responded or helped us

i need a fix for this issue!!

If you were doing SBCs on companion app there is currently a glitch that makes it think that an evo card that originated as a gold card is still a gold card.  I recently lost two evo cards because of this.  I think this was fixed at one point, but it is back because it just happened to me yesterday.

EA_Aljo​ It is definitely some bug. I tried to start evoing a new version of him, and when I try to put evolutions on his gold card, it says I already have an evolution version of him and can't put evolutions on the gold card. So the card is in my club, it just can't be found?

Any tips? Or anything you can do to help with this now?

Can't find a copy of him on the market right now to test if the same thing would happen with him when trying to put an evolution on.

But I have not put the card into an SBC. Not unless something had happened to the card before, like getting all the evos, including the cosmetic, stripped. I only put 85+ rated cards into SBCs from the SBC storage. I don't even use the club for that. This must be some bug.

I figured that the card is permanently gone, though. But it is very annoying to lose all that effort and money. Makes me really think about not putting any money into this game in the future if a card I build with paid evoes can just vanish like that with no trace.

Hi there. Unfortunately, this means they were submitted into an SBC. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to replace items accidentally used in SBCs.

I also checked quick sell recovery, but have not accidentally quick sold him. So SBC is the only option, but I'm pretty sure I would've noticed if I accidentally put a high rated evo card into an SBC. I usually only use golds anyway for all SBC squads except for 90+ rated squads (and if there's promo cards in SBC storage).
