Evolution hasn’t completed

I done the “ Strikers Rise” Evolution with Mayenda from Sunderland and as I’ve gone to complete it ( and after waiting 4 days) I was backed out of it and then my evolution has  stayed at level 3 progress and the evolution is now “completed” anyone else have this issue or I’m I just the unlucky one

    Its a training camp bug. 
    link below shows others, including me, having issues where it cancels the evo even if you click go back and in your case to claim it
