False Coin Distribution Bans - Winter Wildcards

Yes I have been transfer banned for purchasing coins making this the only time I've had any problems with bans. I feel as though the EA customer service is the worst in the world due to lack of help and assistance. I have been making multiple disputes and no reply. The YouTubers who i watch literally promote coin sellers on every video so I struggle to understand the transparency around this issue.
